Rezvani has revealed its own four-door, five-seat SUV named Tank to sit alongside the Beast supercar in the small US-based manufacturer's line-up.
The new SUV has been revealed with a 500bhp 6.4-litre Hemi V8 engine, and can be reserved for a $1000 refundable deposit. The brand makes the bold claim that the car will be the "toughest extreme utility vehicle on the planet" – and as if to back that up, there is the option of bulletproofing on the equipment list. It also describes the design as 'futuristic'.
The only mechanical details revealed about the car are its 500bhp power output and body-on-frame construction.
Deliveries are scheduled to begin in late 2017, and it's priced from $178,000 (£134,000). The Beast supercar costs around £124,000 ($159,000), so the SUV, which, the company boasts, benefits from thermal night vision technology, sits above the supercar in its range.
Construction is body-on-frame and the company’s reveal images show a very high ride height and rugged design, with chunky wheels adding to the off-road-friendly aesthetic. The rear doors are rear-hinged, while the front doors are front hinged, and open away from one another.
The California-based car company behind the Beast and Beast Alpha has revealed that the car features on-demand all-wheel drive, five seats and a choice of two as-yet-unspecified engines. The new SUV is being pitched as military inspired but built for civilians.
Rezvani was founded in 2014 by Ferris Rezvani, whose aim with the Beast supercar was to create a car to replicate a fighter jet's driving experience. Despite the company's small-volume production, celebrity owners have boosted the profile of the brand.

Do not say they are talking to Peugeot about 1.2 litre engines
I am sure it is quite a laugh for those with money to have as a spare tonka toy.Think the 5008 Pugy will be naff with the 1.2 engine ,expensive as well.
