Natalie Dowsett, OX Delivers

Operations category winner Natalie Dowsett co-founded OX Delivers in 2020 after a distinguished 10-year career at JLR, where she worked across vehicle design, product strategy and PR following her aerospace engineering degree. As COO, she has transformed a diesel truck concept into a groundbreaking electric vehicle with a transport-as-a-service business model. Under her leadership, OX has secured more than £10 million in investment capital and established an international franchise agreement to supply more than 2500 electric trucks to Rwanda. Dowsett has built a 40-person UK team guided by agile principles and servant leadership, creating a democratic and supportive workplace culture. OX Delivers CEO Simon Davis said: "Without Natalie, OX Delivers would never have come so far. She brings an unrivalled combination of determination, thoughtfulness and compassion to all she does." Dowsett aims to establish OX as an internationally recognised brand unlocking economic benefits in Africa and beyond.

Since joining as a graduate in 2022, Hannah Boone has rapidly progressed through multiple roles at Ford Pro, advancing from software sales support specialist to communications officer to her current position. Building on her first-class degree in business management from Henley Business School, she has consistently reached ‘top achiever’ ratings for her exceptional performance at Ford Pro. Her achievements include expanding Mobile Service operations into three additional European markets, implementing standardised global request processes and developing strategic media plans that exceeded KPIs sevenfold. James Bacon, head of Mobile Service at Trust Ford, praised the impact Boone has made on the overall organisation of Ford Mobile since joining.

Vicki Bovington, BMW Financial Services

In a remarkable 21-year career at BMW Financial Services, Vicki Bovington has progressed from underwriting administrator to her current role of leading a 90-person team across seven specialised functions. Her extensive responsibilities include process management, quality assurance and the entire change project portfolio. She has established the UK as the second largest market for robotic process automation within the BMW Group, maintained BSI accreditation and created one of the largest continuous process improvement communities in the company. Following the 2023 operational merger of BMW's B2C and B2B financial services, she skilfully restructured her expanded department while establishing crucial collaborative frameworks. Jemma Gregory, director of customer strategy communications at BMW, said: "Vicki's accelerating career is testament to her business understanding, her skillset and her people skills. No matter how big the challenge, Vicki remains calm, constructive and resourceful."

Emily Clark, Nissan GB

Since joining Nissan GB in 2017, Emily Clark has demonstrated exceptional leadership. She arrived from a four-year career with HM Prison Service, after gaining a BSc in psychology and criminal behaviour. Today, she expertly manages the Nissan GB dealer network's demonstrator cars, courtesy cars and showroom fleets while championing diversity initiatives. As women's network lead and DE&I lead (maternity cover), Clark has orchestrated impactful monthly discussions addressing bias and covering debate skills. Her ‘Visible and Valued’ project showcases more than 30 female colleagues and their perspectives, raising the profile of women across all levels. Clark has transformed unused office space into a community meeting hub, bringing together employee resource groups for more cohesive direction. She aspires to secure a permanent DE&I position and advance to management roles.

Emma Davis, Cosworth

Emma Davis has established herself as a vital strategic leader within Cosworth since joining as financial controller for the firm’s electronics division in 2023. With 11 years of finance experience across a number of sector-leading businesses and a CIMA qualification, she brings robust commercial expertise to the senior management team. Her career progressed from a scientific background through food company G's Group management scheme to leading finance for their £230 million turnover division, followed by heading finance operations for a renewable energy finance provider with £400m in invested funds. At Cosworth, Davis has transformed purchasing processes, budget planning and reporting by implementing innovative automation that drives quality data collection and detailed forecasting. Her line manager said: "In the dynamic world of motorsport, change is the only constant. Emma has embraced that challenge and provides data that is understood across the company."

Imogen Dooley, BMW Group UK

Imogen Dooley has rapidly advanced since joining the BMW Group in 2019 as an events management assistant during her placement year at the University of Exeter. After graduating with a first in management with marketing, she returned through the internal Momentum programme, progressing from events executive to her current role of managing employee engagement strategy across BMW, Mini and Motorrad. Dooley has successfully implemented Peakon engagement software, achieving over 80% participation rates, which is significantly above the industry average. She represented BMW UK at the Engage 2024 conference, delivering a speech to 800 attendees. Beyond her core responsibilities, she has stewarded cross-campus intern projects and managed retailer event content. Her line manager said: "Immie is a true asset and ambassador for the BMW Group. Her infectious enthusiasm and drive for improvement and making a difference engages with every employee she works with."

Rachel Harrison, Volkswagen Group UK

Rachel Harrison has built an impressive career spanning JLR, Dyson and now the Volkswagen Group UK, where she leads the finished vehicle supply chain for six brands. With a BA in finance and business and a CILT Level 5 diploma in logistics and transport, she manages the distribution of more than 500,000 vehicles annually and oversees a team of four directly and hundreds indirectly through the supply base. Harrison has successfully navigated numerous logistical crises, nurtured damaged supplier relationships post-Covid and driven multimillion-pound efficiencies. Beyond her operational responsibilities, she co-chairs the Driven Women Employee Network Group and serves as a trained DE&I champion. Volkswagen Group UK head of vehicle operations Andy Williams said she “consistently makes a vital contribution to the business".

Rosie Knight, Ohme

Following previous roles at the Energy Saving Trust and Gemserv's Low Carbon Business Unit, Rosie Knight leads EV charger company Ohme's groundbreaking flexibility capabilities within the energy sector. She spearheads Ohme's participation in Crowdflex, the UK's largest domestic flexibility trial, demonstrating to the National Energy System Operator that residential flexibility is a reliable resource. Knight successfully advocated for revising the original trial design to include non-traditional market participants like Ohme, a template later adopted by other providers. She has also created an innovative flexibility proposition with Motability, ensuring equity by passing 100% of revenue earned back to users. Her manager, Iain Walker, noted: "Rosie has led Ohme's involvement in this complex programme, co-ordinating customer needs with system needs to deliver significant learnings."

Charlotte Mills, Vertu Motors

Rapidly progressing from vehicle administration to divisional leadership, Charlotte Mills has gained comprehensive experience across automotive retail operations. After roles at Inchcape and Pendragon, she joined Vertu Motors in September 2023 as assistant divisional finance director and was promoted to divisional finance director within just 10 months. With a first-class BSc in accounting from the University of York and a CIMA qualification, Mills has transformed the Hyundai division’s financial operations by establishing a centralised accounting function, creating a comprehensive new car tracker and designing an operational review process incorporating HR, marketing and F&I data. She has built a team of accountants across the UK and improved manufacturer reporting on KPIs. Currently participating in the senior finance development programme, Mills aims to take on a more challenging role with additional franchises and a larger division.

Jessica Morrison has progressed through multiple cross-functional roles at Nissan GB, from sales operations controller to her current leadership position. With a first-class BA in management studies, she has transformed customer experience by implementing dealer empowerment initiatives and streamlining mobility programmes. As customer services manager, Morrison improved customer feedback scores by more than 50% through better cross-functional collaboration and process simplification. She now leads supply planning and vehicle distribution, optimising logistics processes and driving digital transformation. Her data-driven approach and customer focus have consistently delivered exceptional results across operations. "Jess is a true role model in the way she unrelentingly drives performance while fully embodying our Nissan Leadership Way, " Nicolas Belaud, aftersales director, wrote in her nomination.

Joining Ford Credit Europe Bank in 2017 as a finance graduate, Linh Vu rapidly advanced via a senior analyst role in financial reporting to liquidity manager, before her January 2025 promotion to assistant treasurer. She has transformed treasury operations by leading the LMM (lower middle market) system launch for automated regulatory reporting, developing an interest rate risk playbook and driving data strategy transformation. Vu, who has first-class BSc and MSc economics degrees from Royal Holloway, reduced ALCO (Asset-Liability Committee) reporting time by six hours monthly while successfully completing her CIMA qualification.
"Linh's dedication, strategic thinking and high standards have driven impactful change,” her line manager, Emma Hill, wrote in her nomination. “Her ability to collaborate effectively and proactively solve problems has significantly strengthened treasury's success.”

An Nguyen joined Ineos Automotive in November 2023 after roles at the Chartered Institute of Export and International Trade and Unsworth UK. She gained a MSc in logistics and supply chain management and has revolutionised customs operations at the 4x4 manufacturer by implementing streamlined export processes that have decreased processing time by 30% while maintaining compliance. Nguyen achieved an additional 20% of duty savings in 2024 through optimised Free Trade Agreement utilisation and simplified customs facilitation. She also developed comprehensive internal audit systems while creating development opportunities for junior staff. Her expertise in complex vehicle shipping has been critical for some of the firm’s global events, including managing prototype vehicles for the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 2024. "An has been an absolute lifesaver when needing to ship all manner of prototype vehicles around the world,” said Tom Waugh, Ineos senior PR officer.

Before joining Aston Martin in 2022, Georgina Nielsen had already built an impressive procurement career across fashion, manufacturing, construction, railway and automotive sectors. She currently manages all dealership aftermarket entries and special projects procurement. Last year, she expanded her role to include aftermarket accessories buying, contributing nearly one-fifth of overall aftermarket revenue. A key driver of company cost-saving initiatives, Nielsen also co-chairs the ‘I AM Well’ strand of Aston’s EDI network, organising value-building and charity-based activities. Her expertise spans both indirect and direct procurement, complemented by her internal auditor qualifications, as well as her degree in buying from UAL and senior negotiator certification. "Georgina is a key contributor to both procurement targets and our company,” according to her nomination.

Isobel Northridge, Ohme

Isobel Northridge has made rapid progress in the EV charging sector, moving from Powervolt to Wallbox before joining Ohme in 2023, where she earned promotion to senior account manager within just two years. With an environmental science degree from Southampton University, she now leads a team of three account managers, overseeing electrical wholesale partnerships. Northridge has delivered exceptional growth, including doubling sales with Rexel and YESSS while tripling CEF business and elevating Ohme to the number-one spot for domestic chargers at two major wholesalers. In a male-dominated industry, she has conducted training at more than 700 wholesaler branches, with 350 personal visits, and has also established strategic connections with key installers such as Clarkson Evans. "Isobel is a highly valued and vital part of the distribution team at Ohme. She has performed above and beyond expectations at every stage in an infectious and enthusiastic manner," said Charlie Mainwaring, head of distribution.

Sharon Townsend, International Motors

Sharon Townsend has dedicated more than 25 years to Mitsubishi Motors, progressing through various roles in customer service, product planning, press relations, vehicle logistics and operations before becoming head of International Motors Mitsubishi Aftersales Parts and Service (IM MAPS), where the focus is on aftersales following Mitsubishi’s exit from the UK in 2021. In her role, she manages the nationwide aftersales network, supporting parts, warranty, technical help and customer retention programmes. Her leadership has kept parts sales strong and remarkably increased the UK service centre network beyond pre-2021 levels. Her team's excellence was recognised with Mitsubishi Motors Europe's 'Parts and Accessories Excellence 2024' award, establishing their initiatives as industry benchmarks. "Sharon's strategic vision and commitment to service excellence have sustained Mitsubishi's aftermarket business during challenging market conditions,” her nomination said.

Stephanie Muzzall, Volvo Cars UK

Stephanie Muzzall honed her skills in automotive retail innovation at the BMW Group UK, then Haymarket, before moving to Volvo in 2019. She was promoted to her current senior role in 2024 and has pioneered direct-to-consumer (D2C) implementation at Volvo while maintaining market share and sales volumes. Muzzall, who has a BSc in economics, delivered an industry-first used car D2C model for Volvo, building on her experience of launching the BMW Group's groundbreaking D2C solution. Her innovative stock display system reduced aging inventory and saved movement costs while enabling retailers to effectively market immediately available vehicles. Her nomination praised her sense of urgency: “Steph understands things quickly and works very hard with commitment and positive energy, which makes it very fun to work together."
