Ailish Sheehan, JLR

Ailish Sheehan has “surpassed the development milestones”  and is 10-12 months ahead of where she should be after starting in 2022, according to her manager.

Alexandra Spurway, JLR

Two years into her apprenticeship, Alexandra Spurway is currently part of the Special Vehicles driveline and the electric drive unit team working on Octa, Range Rover Sport and future SV vehicles.

Amy Flavell, JLR

Amy Flavell has won praise for her “crucial” help with transition testing in virtualised environments in the move to software-defined vehicles.

Annie King, Stellantis UK

Joining Stellantis UK in 2023, Annie King started out in fleet marketing and more recently has won praise for her work at Vauxhall supporting the coordination of an organic social media.

Aria Shehzadi, Renault

Aria Shehzadi is currently working towards a professional Chartered Institute of Procurement & Supply qualification. Her line manager highlighted her strengths in both influencing and negotiations.

Beth Daniel, JLR

Beth Daniel is an electrical and electronics engineer apprentice learning electronics circuit design, power electronics, embedded safety-critical system design and programming.

Bethan Godfrey, BMW UK

Currently studying for a chartered business and management degree through Oxford Brookes University, Bethan Godfrey supported 21 model launches during her first full year at BMW.

Cerys Hughes, Bentley Motors

Cerys Hughes was praised for her “outstanding” contribution to the team tasked with integration, validation and sign-off for assisted driving functions.

Charlotte Bradford, JLR

“Lottie has become a key member of the safety core team”, according to her nomination. She started her apprenticeship in 2021 and is progressing through JLR’s engineering divisions.

Charlotte Maher, Ford

Charlotte Maher is responsible for the finance elements of Ford's e-commerce platform and, since joining 2023, has become a subject matter expert for many components of Ford’s European fintech platform.

Charu Srivastava, Ford

Charu Srivastava started in the IT manufacturing department, focusing on making the Halewood transmissions plant more efficient, before she switched to the enterprise architecture department to work on dealer showroom tools.

Edie Simpson, Bentley Motors

Named the MAKE UK Business Apprentice Rising Star Regional Runner-Up for her achievements at Bentley, Edie Simpson is currently posted in the Mulliner department and focuses on data analysis.

Eloise Locke, Bentley Motors

Eloise Locke works with multiple teams across Bentley to improve user experience (UX) on digital projects, including the website, apps, dash screen and digital retail spaces.

Emily Hamer, Trust Ford

Currently in her third year as a service technician within the Ford-owned dealer group, Emily Hamer is well on her way to earning senior and master technician status.

Emily Oxley, Stellantis

Emily Oxley’s move into the LCV arena follows a year as a rental and Motability analyst and, before that, a year as digital marketing specialist for Vauxhall. “She has shown great initiative,” according to her nomination.

Emily Ruscoe, Bentley Motors

To prepare Emily Ruscoe for her final-year sign-off and progression to full-time engineer, she has been given the responsibility of ensuring colour matching and harmonisation is achieved on all new model launches.

Erin Purewal, JLR

Erin Purewal is close to graduating with a BSc in digital and technology solutions from Warwick University after nearly four years at JLR learning the ropes as a data analyst/engineer.

Gemma Le Page, Trust Ford

Gemma Le Page won the Ford-owned dealer group’s Apprentice of the Year award just two years into her apprenticeship at the company’s Guernsey dealership and is shortlisted for the 2024 awards as well.

Harriette Drysdale, Vertu

Currently in her third year of working as an apprentice vehicle technician in Stockton-on-Tees. Harriette Drysdale is heading for a BTEC national diploma in engineering.

Jemima Hollins, Bentley Motors

Jemima Hollins is cycling through Bentley’s digital-focused departments and is currently working in field quality, which includes analysing aftersales and customer complaint data.

Keishe Gopikrishna, JLR

Specialising in data analytics, Keishe Gopikrishna has won praise for voluntarily taking on additional responsibilities, such as buddying new apprentices and acting as an ambassador at events.

Keira Gill, JLR

Kiera Gill works within a supply chain department and is on her way to becoming a qualified buyer. Having joined JLR in 2022, she now oversees new apprentices as part of her role.

Lottie Eastham, Bentley Motors

Lottie Eastham has just begun the fourth year of her apprenticeship, focusing on user experience on digital projects, and has been described as a “rising star” in the world of digital products.

Mel King, Trust Ford

Mel King has spent almost a year with the dealer group gaining the skills needed to be a vehicle technician while also actively contributing to Trust Ford's recruitment initiatives, including at the Manchester Jobs Show.

Miri Watson, Alphabet GB

Now over halfway through her hands-on four-year chartered manager degree through Oxford Brookes University at BMW’s finance and leasing arm, Miri Watson is gaining high praise from divisions within the company, including the marketing team.

Mollie Edge, JLR

Mollie Edge is currently working towards her supply chain degree and her impact at JLR has been such that she has already been told "she is welcome to join our team upon graduation".

Nadia Hulme, Bentley Motors

Nadia Hulme has become fully involved in each of her placements at Bentley and highlights the time she oversaw the logistics for a manufacturing conference that hosted more than 200 people.

Niamh Dunn, Trust Ford

Set to qualify for her Level 3 technician apprenticeship at the dealer group later this year, Niamh Dunn has been working on HGVs and the aftersales department at Trust Ford in Belfast.

Olivia Williams, Bentley Motors

Olivia Williams is working towards her digital marketing degree at Manchester Metropolitan University and has won plaudits at Bentley for overseeing the global Customer & Prospect Newsletter as well as organising the apprentice-focused Bentley Summer Ball 2024.

Sky Osborne, Trust Ford

Sky Osborne works in the manufacturer debt team, processing payroll, preparing invoices and creating reports on how money is used in the dealer group.

Sophie Kinghorn, Trust Ford

A lifelong petrolhead, Sophie Kinghorn is working towards senior and then master technician status. In her time off, she races a Ford Fiesta ST150.

Sophie Reynolds, Bentley Motors

Sophie Reynolds is on course to graduate with a first-class degree in project management through the University of Cumbria in 2027 after completing her time at Bentley.
