Aston Martin Russia to be established on Vozdvizhenka Street, Moscow

Aston Martin is to open the first Russian dealership in its 94-year history. “We have carefully monitored the recent growth of Russia’s luxury sports car market,” said Bill Donnelly, Aston’s sales and marketing director, “but it was vital that we found the right partner.”

Aston has awarded the franchise, which will be situated on Moscow’s prestigious Vozdvizhenka Street, to Andrey Lomakin and Andrey Boyko, who also jointly own luxury yacht specialist AG Marine. “We feel privileged that we have been given the opportunity,” said Lomakin. “Andrey and I have a passion for the brand.”

Aston Martin devotee James Bond was unavailable for comment. He's rumoured to be thrilled at the news that he can get his DBS serviced while on missions in the former USSR - once its various bits and pieces have been gathered from the wreckage left on Millbrook's hill route.
